GRAMPA'S Catfish House has one of the lowest Franchise Fees* offered by a restaurant franchise.
You can purchase a license for a Grampa's Franchise for only $10,000.00. Compare our franchise fee to other restaurant
chains at $35,000.00 and up.
Like other restaurant systems, Grampa's boasts that we want our franchisees to succeed.
The difference is in our Monthly Royalty Fee. Restaurant franchises charge a royalty fee of 4% to 8%, but we put our
money where our mouth is. Our Royalty Fee is only $250.00 per week**. That's right, its a FLAT FEE Royalty.
Why should you work harder and make more money, and then have to pay the franchisor more? We don't believe that you
should.

*Our Franchise fee pays the expenses of our
Training Crew to travel, lodge, and eat while they spend two training your employees at your location. We plan to keep
our franchise fee as low as possible, but it may change at anytime due to travel expenses (Fuel and airfare).
**Royalty
Fee: If your Grampa's produces revenues of $25,000.00 per week, your royalty will be 1%, so $40,000 per week would produce
a royalty fee of 2-3%.
